What does Bakof@ services/products do?

We provide a complete end to end accountancy service using the Internet as the main vehicle to connect you with us. Our Services and products are tailored for Small and Medium Enterprises and can be as simple as doing the books (bookkeeping) to submitting BAS, Payroll to year end lodgement.

Does Bakof@ products and services cater for my business?

Currently we are working with clients who are plumbers, electricians, hair & beauty saloons, to medium sized companies who want to buy in our services to reduce the work load in their Finance departments, such as time sheets and payroll. We also provide services to companies who do not want to be bothered with all the accountancy/compliance functions and we effectively act as their accounts department

Does Bakof@ satisfy all local reporting requirements?

This depends on the service that we have agreed to provide you. We have affiliates who are qualified CA’s who can do compliance and lodgement work on behalf of the client

For simples bookkeeping we will do all the reconciliation and quality checks before we release the information to you or your accountant. Alternatively we can do all the lodgement work for you, if you do not have regular accountant.

How do I get my information?

We are 100% internet based, so your information is available to you or your accountant via the web 24×7, 365 days a year. You can not only view all the information, but access and get P/L, Balance Sheet, and BAS reports (and many more).

If we are entering the payroll, we will set up the service to meet your requirements, from payment of wages to sending out the wage slips

We will also provide you with as many user ID’s as you require.

Is Bakof@ services what I want in terms of time and ease?

If you are a small company sick of the mounting levels of business paperwork, we can DEFINATELY free up that time for you to spend on your business, family or leisure activities

If you have NO interest in buying, managing or learning accountancy software/hardware, talk to us we, are NOT selling, we provide a service that takes that hassle away

If you have problems getting qualified and reliable bookkeepers and accountancy people talk to us and you may not need them.

I have not done my accounts for @#@years ?

This is what we call distressed accounts, the client has been too busy chasing the work and the business paperwork has piled up and now the Tax office is involved.

At Bakof@ we can take your shoe-box of invoices etc.. and clean it up, do the BAS and year end lodgements.

I already have an accountant, how does Bakof@ work with him?

You decide what service you want us to perform. If you want your own accountant to do the lodgements, we have no problem with that. We will provide your accountant with the user Id to access your financial information and carry out the compliance and lodgement work for you.

Do I need to buy new software and hardware?

DEFINATELY NO.

We use the internet and the SAAS (software as a service) model to provide our services.

What this means for you is that you DO NOT have to pay to buy any accounting software/hardware. We provide you with a bundled service, which includes our accounting services, software, maintenance, upgrades, backup etc. You do NOT have to worry about technology, upgrades or different versions of the software. We do everything for you, it is all online

All you do is sign- in to access your information and this is available to you anywhere, anytime.365 days a year

The only pre-requisit is that you have a good broadband/internet link and have access to a scanner (we can provide it if you do not have one)

Is my information secure?

We have gone to great lengths to make sure the information is secure, the data servers are hosted in secure environments, and all the financial information access is encrypted.

Data is also backed up regularly, and at different sites
